Infor10 Distribution iBusiness A+ Version 8.03.1 is Available!

The new release has several enhancements:

1. Added ability to search EIC comments when doing an item search

2. Allow Release Orders (F9) on sales order and screen to release all holds authorized to user (NAPCG #1383)

3. Toggle in Alternate Warehouse window in Order Entry to display available locations only

4. Toggle in Open Order by item to exclude unallocated orders (NAPCG # 1378)

5. Offline GL Transaction entry (co-dev)

6. Past 36 month item Demand Report (Partner Development)

7. Copy user security for new user (NAPCG #1795)

In addition, coming soon is the Inventory Control Center Phase l (Buyers Workbench) - The Inventory Control Center is an additional module. It will serve as a single user interface for the buyer to make faster, more informed buying decisions and to manage exceptions and changing trends.

Wolverton Inc. Featured in IBM Systems Magazine

Read about Wolverton, Inc. in the June issue of IBM Systems Magazine. MCS Client Wolverton is a leading wholesale distributor of pet supplies and an Infor A+ user. Wolverton originally had a homegrown system running on the IBM Power Systems. The system was not fully integrated and created a host of problems. MCS New Hires

MCS brought Burt Silverman on board. Burt has over 20 years experience in the IT industry. Burt has extensive experience with the IBM AS/400, System i and iSeries technology. He brings to MCS his knowledge of ERP deployment, conversion and strategic development which adds value to managing growth strategies for MCS A+ customers. Burt's expertise includes business operations reviews. He explores new technologies and enables companies to incorporate them to gain a strategic advantage. Infor's ION, Road Warrior, EPAK and Value Added Services Module are some of the software products that Burt will introduce to our A+ customers to deliver business value.

Leyla Fazel also joined MCS. She has over 8 years in a technical support environment both with hardware and software, as well as 15 years in sales and business management. Her knowledge includes Infor's A+ financials along with implementation, data integration and reconciliation. She also has experience in EDI translation. Leyla will provide Level I and Level II support for A+ customers. This investment shows our commitment to bring increased value to our A+ customers. MCS will have more on these support services in the upcoming weeks.
