Quick Tips:  APLUS  Reference Commands
Simply key-in the command on the command line:
 
APCHKUSR - displays the number of user licenses and current users signed onto APLUS
 
APJOBS - displays the APLUS TP (transaction processor jobs) - typically batch jobs updating the APLUS master files process through the TP
 
APLUSLVL - displays the APLUS release level
 
APMAIL - displays the APLUS mail inquiry
 
APMSG - processes the APLUS message screen that displays incoming message and allows you to send messages to others on the system
 
LAYOUT - processes a formatted file layout report - i.e.: LAYOUT ITMST - prints a user friendly file listing for the Item Master file
 
LAYOUT2 - processes a formatted file layout on the screen instead of a report
 
In-use Records
 
Occasionally records stay in-use if the user session ends abnormally or there is a power failure. APLUS has unlock logic built into many programs to prevent record locking and contention issues. Unlock logic allows the in-use workstation to access the record.
 
To find the device or workstation use the option on the XAMAST menu - Display Internal Device IDs
 
To remove in-use codes from sales orders and work orders - CALL UNUSEP
 
To remove in-use codes from POINT OF SALE orders - CALL UNUSEPOSP

The Infor Flex Upgrade - Upgrade to the latest release of your current solution with minimal or zero license fees and fast, cost-effective implementation services.  This option provides the upgrade path to the latest application version.
 
The Infor Flex Exchange - Allows you to exchange your current Infor application for another Infor Solution on a like-for-like basis, for a nominal transaction fee and very competitive service rates.  This allows you to move from one Infor product line to another economically.

Infor is offering two and three year financing terms.  0% financing is for 24-months.  For longer terms, Infor is offering competitive rates depending on the customer's credit history.
