80 Realtors attended the class on April 22 created by CAR explaining the new Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA). The class was instructed by CAR's Chief Legal Counsel, Gov Hutchinson, one of the best and most knowledgeable speakers on the subject of contracts. Those in attendance received 4 hours CE credit.

NAR is seeking entries for REALTOR® Magazine's Good Neighbor Awards. The deadline for candidates is May 21. This is for REALTORS® that make an exceptional impact on their communities through volunteer work. Our Delta Association of REALTORS® has many members who have tirelessly given of their time and energy to their communities. Why not have one or more of our own members receive this prestigious award? There will be five winners across the nation. Each will receive a $10,000 grant for their community projects.
