As a young child the thought of the year 2010 was totally out of my realm of imagination. "That year will never get here", I said to myself. But here it is and I have to ask myself what I have accomplished since that childhood statement?
Since January 2010 is basically over and done with can you answer that question of your life? What have you accomplished and how has January 2010 begun for you?
The current economy is a real challenge for all of us but there are ways to work our way through it with willingness to work hard while standing up for a Realtor'sŪ ethical standards in all we do.
Here's to a hearty, happy, healthy and prosperous 2010 ! ! !

| State Meetings Coming Up in February
Indian Wells, California

 Early in February, six members of DAR will be on their way to Indian Wells to attend C.A.R.'s winter director meetings. C.A.R. has almost 900 members on their board of directors and it is an amazing sight to see them all in one big room as they deliberate on statewide REALTORŪ issues. If you have concerns that you feel need to be brought up please contact DAR President Denise Stewart.
Early in March each of your representatives will be reporting back to you at a special meeting here at DAR. Details to follow.
