| It's Election Time Again
Officers and Directors |
It's time again for us to have an election for next year's officers
and directors. The candidates are as follows:
For President-elect in 2010, president in 2011: Ralph Garrow Jr. Ralph Garrow Real Estate.
For Treasurer in 2010: Elizabeth Mahoney, Coldwell Banker Coon and McCreary
For 5 Director positions: Errol Mooney, Marples and Associates; Cathie Marples, Marples and Associates; Angela Johns, Prudential California Realty; Ron Brown, Better Homes Realty - Delta Bay; Ramesh Suman, Majestic Homes; James Britto, Security Pacific Real Estate; Cecily Tippery, Coldwell Banker Amaral and Associates.
DAR bylaws provide that any qualified member can circulate a petition signed by 15 percent of the members in order to be placed on the ballot alongside the other candidates. Petitions are available on our website and at the association office. Any member submitting their candidacy by this method must turn in their petition documents to the association executive no later than June 18, 2009 for review by the election committee. Elections will be conducted on-line beginning on Monday July 13,
2009 and ending ten days later on July 23, 2009.

Remember that the iBoxes you receive will be leased from SUPRA at no charge to the end of the contract, which is 2016.
