| Due to a royal mix-up within the C.A.R. structure, Gov Hutchinson, the much-sought-after instructor for the class on the RPA, was double booked and couldn't be here to instruct the class on March 17. What is a BPO?
A BPO or Broker Price Opinion is what is often called a drive by appraisal. These are ordered by lenders, banks, and insurance companies to determine value of property before they actually need a formal appraisal. Typically you will prepare a two page report requiring you to find three comparable, active and sold properties on the market and to take four photos of the subject property.
Attend the BPO and REO Institute on March 26th, 9am to 12pm at the DAR Offices.
