TIP # 5
Web 2.0: Where The Consumers Are!
YouTube, MySpace, Face Book, Facebook, Twitter, blogs, podcasts....all are examples of "Web 2.0," and all are effective means of getting business today.  Unfortunately, most agents do not take advantage of these increasingly common marketing sources mainly because they don't know how to use them.

None of these Web 2.0 techniques are complicated.  Each has the advantage of bringing you business.  Take a look at blogging, for example.  What are the advantages?

  • You build relationships with buyers and sellers in your area
  • You have frequent communication with prospects
  • You build client loyalty through repeated contacts
  • You become the expert in your area
  • You build traffic to your Web site
Blogging and the other examples cited above are what Web 2.0 is all about: building communities.  Each is a valuable tool for building your community of buyers and sellers...and for increasing your income!  Join us for the CRS 206 and we'll go deeper into Web 2.0 as a marketing tool.
Tip # 6
Capturing Prospects From Your Site
The members of my 200+ networking group averaged $70,624 in closed gross commissions alone from their Web sites alone in 2008.  Their sites are deep, consumer-oriented sites, they publicize them the right way, and they have one other element that makes them money: automatic prospecting and followup systems for their site leads.

Real estate specific services such as RealProSystems, the Gooder Group's Rainmaker eCentral program and My Home Management Club are all excellent tools for following up with your Web site or other leads...automatically.  They are necessities if you want to jump to the higher income levels in real estate.

Investigate each of these services.  Better yet, join us for an in-depth experience in today's technology as we cover these and other tools you can use to build your business!

The above tech tips come from Allen F. Hainge, CRS, instructor for our upcoming CRS 206 course beginning on Thursday, February 26. The CRS 206 covers all aspects of marketing with today's technology so that you can build your business, no matter what the market.  No "techie talk," no selling, just concrete information, strategies and examples on how to use today's technology to reach today's consumer.

REGISTRATION FORM Registration for this incredible course at the Delta Association Conference Center will remain open until Wednesday.  We have arranged a tuition payment plan as an incentive.    Call the Association office now. (925) 757-8283.
