Footnote from your EO:  I field many calls from members with complaints about the behavior of others.  I've been hearing lots of complaints about the misuse of combo lockboxes on vacant properties.  The stories are similiar.  Non licensees are in possession of the combinations and are entering properties without their agents.  Unfortunately the names of culprits who gave them the combos are usually not divulged.

And I have heard more about missing keys, keys left in the locks, doors left unlocked or open and lights left on.  It bewilders me that licensees can be so reckless.
