3428 Hillcrest Avenue, Suite 200 is the NEW
ADDRESS for the Delta Association of REALTORS®. The staff at Delta will be at the new location this weekend as we begin to put away all the "stuff" that had to be boxed up and moved. It's a daunting task. Never realized how much "stuff" we had.
I am reporting on one problem that we are working diligently to resolve. Our phone lines are working in the new location but AT&T failed to set up our DSL line, which has effectively shut down our website and our member's ability to pay on line. Further, our computers will not be able to talk to EBRDI, NAR and Supra until our DSL is working and our connection to the internet is restored. This will be a hardship for some of you. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. The MLS deadline has been extended to Monday, October 27 at 5:00 PM.

Please mark your calendar to stop by the new offices on November 12th at 6:00 PM. Delta is having a Mixer and it is free to all members. We've invited local officials to attend. The November elections will have concluded giving you a chance to chat with our
newly elected officials and at the same time get a close up look at our new
offices.

Other Important Activities
CAR's Gov Hutchinson on November 14th at 9:00 AM
Gov will be attending two events locally. First he'll visit with us at our new location and afterwards he will be speaking at WCR's Business Resource Luncheon at Nines in Brentwood. Please let us know if you wish to attend the 9:00 AM session. Call 757-8283.

Save the date of November 18th. The foundation directors are inviting all members to an open house Social at Delta's new location starting at 4:30 PM. You'll meet and greet the directors of the foundation and find out more about all the good deeds that our REALTOR members do for our communities.
