Good things are happening at the Delta Association. By now you should know that we've signed the contract to purchase a condo unit in the Hillcrest Professional Center In Antioch. Construction on the interior should begin in two weeks. Voting for Delta Officers and Directors
Begins Monday, July 14 at 8:00 AM - Concludes Thursday July 24 at 3:00 PM
The 2009 Candidates are:

Treasurer - Ralph Garrow, Ralph Garrow Real Estate running unopposed.
Three Director positions are available with 7 candidates in the running. You will be asked to vote for 3 only.

| You will have a ten day period to vote for your choices beginning on Monday, July 14. It's easy to do. Here's how: Go to the Delta Association's website. That is http://www.deltaaor.com Log in using your NRDS number. That number is: You can find your NRDS number on the mailing label of your REALTOR magazine. Your password should be the last four digits of your social security number.
On the Delta Association Home page, you'll find the candidate's statements with photos. We hope you'll read them before you vote. Then all you need to do is click on the blue button that reads "Click here to log in Vote". For security reasons you will be asked to login to the voting software using your NRDS number and your password as above. The process is simple as shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Your dues must be paid to be eligible to vote. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you experience any problems. Call 925-757-8283 and we'll help you vote. We will have paper ballots available. |

Almost all cities in Contra Costa require business licenses for real estate professionals. Some are stepping up their enforcement of existing ordinances. Your leadership is developing our strategy to deal with these cities and their tactics as they attempt to raise revenues.
