Inspiration

Because I am an acronym addict I felt the need to come up with one for O.R.A.N.G.E!  Are you ready?  Optimistic Radiant Attitudes Nurture Good Energy!  O.R.A.N.G.E. simply is about having a positive attitude to create good energy in your life.  

 You may have heard our attitude determines our altitude in life!  Our attitude affects our altitude by creating positive or negative energy in our environment. The energy we radiate attracts like energy.  It is the Law of Attraction.  The Law of Attraction states that like seeks like based on the frequency of energy emitted.   All energy has different vibrational frequencies. Positive energy attracts other positive energy and negative energy attracts other negative energy because they are the same frequency. 

Think about a day when your world seemed friendlier.  Maybe the birds sang louder, the sun shined brighter, and people even let you merge into traffic.  We have all had one of those days when we think wow, if everyday could be like today, it would be awesome.  Maybe they can be.  I wonder what your role was in that day?  I wonder what mood you were in when it started.  I wonder what you wearing, how it made you feel, and were you smiling. When we feel good about ourselves, we radiate positive energy!   The energy we put out there always resonates back to us. We do create our environment whether it be positive or negative! 

Sometimes life can seem difficult.  You may wonder how to feel positive and happy when you don't feel that way.  The answer is to change your focus.  "Our focus creates our attitude."  Yes, I know this sounds too simple.  It is simple but not easy to do.  Focus on the positive.  Focus on what is good and right regardless of how simple, normal or mundane it may seem.  See the value even in the little things in life.  Practice giving thanks and praise daily for what is already in your life.  You will see the Law of Attraction in action.  I refer to it as Dynamic Exchange.  The more you give thanks and praise the more you will have to give thanks and praise.  You can start the Dynamic Exchange with the Law of Attraction when you embrace that:

• Life is uncertain
• Life is unexpected
• Life changes in a moment
• No one owes you anything
• Find humor even in difficult situation
• Appreciate what you have and what is regardless of what happened and what isn't. 

As my fabulous friend Vanessa Emerson always says, "It's all perfect!"
