Matthew 6: 30-33 (Message Bible) "If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers---most of which are never seen---don't you think He'll attend to you, take pride in you, do His best for you? What I'm trying to do here is to get you to relax, to not be so preoccupied with getting, so you can respond to God's giving. People who don't know God and the way He works fuss over these things, but you know both God and how He works. Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don't worry about missing out. You'll find all your everyday human concerns will be met."
If you have not given or perhaps slacked off on your giving to the church...pray about your priorities and allow God to speak to you about what/who should come 1st. If there is a need present that we're unaware of (ie.loss of a job, change in your income, transition in your household, and you need the support and prayers of your church family), let us know. If you need counsel, advise, or support in any way around your stewardship to God, know that ATOP stands ready to be of service to you and your family. Also, if you were not present during Sunday's mid-year meeting, check by the church office to get the information that was shared.
