Great News if you are Over 70: Change a Tax Problem to a Gospel Opportunity!
If you have an IRA and you are over age 70 1/2, you know you must take a distribution this year. Without planning, the distribution can cause all kinds of tax headaches! Praise God, the IRA Charitable 'rollover' may help.
If you haven't decided what to do about the distribution for this year, it is not too late to consider a 'rollover' gift to Apple of His Eye! There are so many advantages:
*gifts from your IRA are not included in income. This is the same as a 100% deduction. If you don't itemize, this helps. But if you are have a high income, this may provide even more tax benefits than gifts from other sources.
*convenience. Your IRA Administrator will send the 'rollover' gift directly to us.
*a 'rollover' gift can help you pay less taxes on your social security.
