Sherri Hope Culver
NAMLE President

I'm excited to share the news of our recent board election.  This election broadens the type of organizations involved with NAMLE and the experience of the board.  Your board now includes representatives from higher education, afterschool programs, research, producers of TV & online content and public broadcasting. We have people experienced in marketing, public relations, web design, media management, gaming, participatory media, education, and more.  We'll all be meeting face-to-face during our annual board retreat in just a few weeks and I look forward to reporting back to you with notes from that meeting in next month's column.
