If you anticipate holding a media literacy event in the coming year and would like to link up with AMLA, simply contact AMLA 1st VP Joe Behson. Joe will be glad to work with you to ensure the success of your event and to discuss ways in which the AMLA can support or even co-sponsor the event.

Show Your Support for Media Literacy Education with a Year-end Gift to AMLA

As Thanksgiving approaches, and the holidays soon after, now is the time to give a gift to your favorite media literacy organization.  Many of us make donations at the end of the year to causes and nonprofit organizations whose work we believe in and want to support.

AMLA is the only organization with a mission to bring together the people, the research and the leadership role that can advance the field of media literacy education in the US. Whether or not you're an active member, an end-of-year gift to AMLA (yes it is tax-deductible) is a great way to affirm your passion for and commitment to media literacy education.

The Board of Directors invites you to join them in adding AMLA to your "charities of choice" for 2007 and sending your donation before December 31.  Visit our website to download a PDF form with complete instructions for mailing or faxing.

If you have difficulty accessing the form, just send a check for any amount payable to AMLA and mail to:
