Happy Holidays from all of us at Beach Tennis
USA. I can't believe we're about to close out
another year and will soon begin our fifth
season! Today we rolled out our 2009
National Tour
schedule (see below) and will be kicking off
this year's tour March 21-22 in Clearwater, FL.
As social networking becomes more a part of
the fabric of our culture, so does it also
affect the growth of beach tennis. We're
seeing so much networking activity among
players and fans on
Facebook, MySpace,
YouTube,
and Twitter.
This is great stuff and
I urge you, especially during the off-season,
to post as many beach tennis photos and
videos as you can. Keep spreading the word.
You are the pioneers.
In 2009, we'll be putting a major effort
towards getting more people playing. We urge
all players to become National Beach Tennis
Association (NBTA) members. As a member, you
are eligible
for deep discounts at all our events as well
as special merchandise offers throughout the

locations for the upcoming BTUSA 2009
National Tour. In addition to these dates,
there will be several other events

BTUSA Welcomes Our Newest Licensee--Beach Tennis Japan!
Beach Tennis USA is happy to announce it has
reached an agreement to produce pro and
amateur beach tennis events in Japan under an
exclusive license. The new member of our
family, Beach Tennis Japan (BTJ) will produce
their own series of events in 2009, at least
one of which will be included in the Beach
