Scroll down and see what is offered in the next few months! Our Nia Jam in Walnut Creek was terrific and if you were there, you know what I mean. There were over 30 participants and 9 teachers and the energy was palpable. We want to keep it going so Deborah Walker is going to head up the next one March 18th in San Rafael.

The new Thursday class is off to a great start. Come join a really enthusiastic group of Nia dancers each week in a beautiful clean studio with natural light and a sprung floor. There is also plenty of free parking.

Nia at 7th Heaven Berkeley update
We have a new class! Mondays at 6:00pm and it's a rotation with all 4 of us! Carrie is back to the Sunday rotation and the Monday rotation. France-Laude continues Tuesdays at 4:45 and Alexis continues Saturdays at 9:00.
