"Hot" Tricks With Alethea This 90 minute workshop taught by Alethea
Austin, USPDF Champion 2010 and USPDF Miss Sexy 2009. Ever seen one of
your pole idols do something in competitions or on YouTube you are
dying to learn? Through my travels and friendships and I am lucky
enough to be constantly surrounded by the top Pole Girls in the world
and the inside tips on their new tricks! Emphasis of this workshop will
be placed breaking down and learning the mechanics of the new "HOT"
tricks of the season.
This class has a prerequisite of Int / Adv. Must be inverting and doing
leg hangs.

Chair & Floor Take a break from Inverts for a while and get in
touch with your Sexy Side in this  90 minute Chair and Floor Workshops.
Alethea Austin, USPDF Champion 2010 and USPDF Miss Sexy 2009, teaches
her famous floorwork this time bringing a chair in as a new apparatus
to slide slink and body roll on. You will learn 2 types of chair dance:
How to perform on the chair to an audience, as well as how to perform
directly to someone seated in the chair. Aka The Lapdance ;) Yoga
pants, thigh highs, or kneepads should be worn for the floorwork to
protect the knees.

Double Trouble
Daring Drops N Sexy Slides
Alethea Austin, USPDF Champion 2010 and Karol Helms USPDF Miss Sexy
2010, teach a joint Workshop exclusive to the Double Trouble tour. This
class can be all levels, but will be more beneficial for any dancer who
is already executing inverted moves. This Workshop will be split into
two groups taught simultaneously. Drops on the pole and Slides i.e.
transitions from the pole to floor both Karol and Alethea will teach
their signature versions of each. Girls are welcome to move about
between the teachers and find a trick and level appropriate for them.
Learn daring drops and falls, and sexy slithering slides. We will spend
the 90 min focusing on control and technique and how to execute each
move with flair.* Bring Shoes for sliding workshop and total time is 90
Min"
