A Long Way To Simple -
50 Years of ideas to live, love and laugh with FASD
by Stephen Neafcy |
| I wonder sometimes, just why I get the bug in my ear to tackle projects like the camp and from the camp Steve's book. This has been one of the most difficult projects I have worked with because it is written FOR YOUNG ADULTS with FASD by an adult with FASD in language and style and structure that make sense to them. There is no other book like this!
It gives us HOPE for the future.
A round of applause for Steve and Barbara Neafcy and their team of adult idea helpers - Kenneth Moore, Rob Wybrecht, Liz Kulp and Sean Trussux.
Also a special thank you to all the people who helped make Steve's dream possible - Joyce Russell, Donnie Kantor-Winoker, Kari Fletcher, Karen Johnson, Renae Sanford, Susan Rose, Margaret Lintott, Ann Marie Ransom, Peggy Oba, Teresa Kellerman, Vicky Ness, Ann Yurcek, Toni Hager and Jodee Kulp.
This was truly a FASD
community effort!
