Angela Parkers 2-Week BOO-YA Fitness Challenge!


Your mission, should you accept it, is to complete the challenge by Sunday September 19th by 9pm. You cannot start BEFORE Wednesday September 8th. Giving you a total of 12 days to complete everything on this list. If you need a modification you may substitute -no problem- as long as you pre determine what that is. Don't start the program until you rewrite it with your substitution. It doesn't matter HOW you break it up as long as you complete it.

My goal is to TEACH you how to see a big fitness goal and learn how to break it down in a way that works for YOUand with your schedule, limits, attention, and interest. That is why the plan is huge. If you don't calculate this well from the start you're done before you even begin. Also... if you look at this and think "She's CRAZY... I can't do this!" Then... CHANGE it and make it your own! CREATE your own challenge!
