Greetings!
I hate to break it you, but, changing the way you eat is actually REALLY easy!
I don't give a diet plans. Instead I provide my clients with 13 simple food focuses... making it REALLY easy to tackle your food!
I call it the Simple 13!
1. Stay within your calorie range to lose weight. Ladies stay between 1200-1800. Dudes stay between 1600-2400 2. Eat food like it comes. No fake stuff. No processed food. 3. Drink water like its going out of style! As much as you can handle! 4. No gluten. Try it, Just freaking try it. 5. Low (because saying NO sounds scary and you wont do it) sugar (under 30 grams), dairy, carbs (under 120 grams), alcohol, & salt. 6. Add in good fats (avocado, olive oil, nuts) in MODERATION! 7. Add in as many veggies as you can handle! 8. Pack your food for the day! Do NOT rely on anyone or any place to provide you with what you need to hit your goal! 9. Make a plan for the day ahead. You're so screwed without a plan! 10. Grocery shop on the weekend when you have more time. Don't get caught starring at your fridge at 7:30pm, starving and realizing you only have ketchup and cookie dough. 11. Have healthy frozen back up foods! Trader Joe's is simply THE BEST for clean, easy, healthy, and cheap frozen goodies. 12. Make one day a week a "light" day. Just one day a week REALLY cut back on calories and carbs. Only eat veggies, fish, egg whites, chicken, salads, green tea, and tons of water. No starchy carbs, no fruit, no crap, no alcohol... super light & healthy. Hey it's one day a week! 13. Write down what you eat! It's startling to see what you are taking in and a great way to stay accountable.
Its NOT that tough people. STOP making it so difficult!
