5 Mistake's you're making in your workouts
|

| 1. Having your phone. You are working out and this is YOUR time. Leave it in the car. It's OK you will live. 2. Talking to your friends. Don't cheat yourself a great working by listening to someone else talk. Again... this is YOUR time. 3. Not pushing yourself. You came to workout so push yourself and get more done is less time. You made it to your workout now WORK! 4. Inappropriate gear. Wearing clothes that don't fit well, shoes that are old, or listening to music you don't even like, is slowing you down and hindering your workout. 5. Not carving out enough time. Gather your gear and plan the night before so you can be early and have everything you need to have an amazing workout.
