My passion for excellence has fueled the development of Software Consortium in all areas, but particularly in the evolution of our culture due to early career experiences of teams producing tremendous results. I found out later that research had shown that synergistic teams outperform by a factor of 5 to 1 and individuals' production increases by a factor of up to 10 times.  In the past twenty years, we have applied ourselves to developing the potential in each other--our consultants, clients, and partners--to achieve new levels of teaming and success.  Steady performance has led to steady, stable growth and a tremendously talented and committed "tribe" that's known as Software Consortium.   

Since we are committed to business and personal growth for all Americans, it's rewarding for us to share a book, like Tribal Leadership, that amplifies how teaming leads to success for all.
