Good Afternoon Valued CHELCO Member,

Due to the expected cold weather for the next two days, we are asking you to voluntarily conserve energy between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. This will help reduce what CHELCO pays for wholesale power in the coming year. Some conservation tips include: lowering your thermostat, turning off lights and ceiling fans, refraining from cooking or washing and drying clothes, and flipping off the breaker to your hot water tank.
