Let's See a Show of Hands
We recently experimented with the polling feature on our corporate Facebook page recently to see how easy it is for businesses to use. We'd definitely recommend it as a simple, effective way to take a pulse on just about anything you want to know from your constituents. What do they think of your brand? How do they want to interact with you? What's the right product mix or price point? Oh, by the way, we used our sample poll to ask how people are feeling about the economy over the next six months. How Secure are Your Passwords?
Password security is in the news again thanks to the Murdoch phone/email hacking scandal and Microsoft's new rules for Hotmail that ban guessable codes like 12345 or "password." Of course you would never use such wimpy passwords, but if you know of anyone who may be tempted to do so, tell them about easy, free solutions such as Password Safe for PCs and KeePass for Macs, smartphones, PCs and pretty much everything else. These tools enable you to use super smart passwords on every site but only have to remember one master password. One last hint: regularly back up your master password file. Stash it in Dropbox or your favorite cloud storage. If the file becomes corrupt or is accidentally deleted, you'll really be crying. |
Fiserv Multi-Touch Lead Generation Campaign
Fiserv wanted new revenue opportunities for its Financial Institution and Billing Transaction Print/Mail groups. High Point Creative provided the creative strategy/content for a multi-touch lead generation campaign. To facilitate metrics tracking, the campaign employed enhanced tactics such as personalized URLs on postcards that take prospects to a unique landing page. The strategy was versioned for the Financial Institution and Billing markets but used the same general creative and content to achieve cost savings. Multi-touch components included:
