We always enjoy Lake Superior State University's annual list of words and phrases that are declared banished from the English language for overuse and general annoyance. This year's offenders include viral, epic, fail, wow factor, ah-ha moment, back story, bff, man up, refudiate, mama grizzlies, the American people, I'm just sayin', and Facebook or Google as verbs. So man up and up your wow factor by cleaning up your language. We're just sayin'.
