Greetings!

Some sentences, written to us, straight from the one true God:

Here Is What God Says About Money
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
He who loves money will never have enough money to make him happy. It is the same for the one who loves to get many things. This also is for nothing. When there are more good things, there are also more people to eat them. So what does their owner get except to see them with his eyes? The sleep of the working man is pleasing, if he eats little or much. But the full stomach of the rich man does not let him sleep. There is something very wrong which I have seen under the sun: Riches being kept by the owner and he is hurt by them. When those riches are lost because he used them in a wrong way, and he had become the father of a son, there was nothing left for him. A man comes from his mother without clothing, and he will go as he came. He will take nothing from his work that he can carry in his hand. This also is very wrong: As a man is born, this is the way he will leave. So what does the man get who works for the wind? All his life he eats in darkness with much sorrow, sickness and anger. This is what I have seen to be good and right: to eat and to drink and be happy in all the work one does under the sun during the few years of his life which God has given him. For this is his pay. As for every man to whom God has given riches and many good things, He has also given him the power to eat from them, receive his pay and be happy in his work. This is the gift of God. For he will not think much about the years of his life, because God keeps him happy in his heart. - Ecclesiastes 5:10-20
Goat's Milk Healthier Than Cow's Milk
woman feeding a baby goat milk from a bottle Recently in our family we made yet another health upgrade, a change that I had first envisioned and dreamed of making several years ago but like some of our other health changes, I would have to wait until our budget would allow it.
As many of you know, in the spring of 2007, we were fortunate enough to be able to join our local YMCA which we have benefited from greatly. We have enjoyed being able to exercise and have fun and become healthier people. But our most recent health change that we were grateful for is the addition of goat's milk to replace cow's milk in our family. What would prompt this conversion, you ask?
Goat's milk compared to cow's milk seems to be, by many experts, a healthier choice. It's especially beneficial for people that are allergic to or have problems digesting cow's milk.
It also is rich in other forms of protein compared to cow's milk. "Goat's milk contains 13% more calcium than cow's milk, 25% more vitamin B6, 47% more vitamin A, 34% more potassium, 350% more niacin and 27% more selenium than cow's milk. Goat's milk is also higher in chloride, copper and magnesium." - on the home page, 2nd paragraph of http://ww w.meyenberg.com
According to the George Mateljan Foundation for the world's healthiest foods (www.w hfoods.com), "delicious with a slightly sweet and sometimes salty undertone, goat's milk is the milk of choice in most of the world although not popular in the United States. It can be found in markets and health food stores throughout the year. Unlike cow's milk, there is no need to homogenize goat's milk. While the fat globules in cow's milk tend to separate to the surface, the globules in goat's milk are much smaller and will remain suspended in the solution. When individuals have sensitivity to cow's milk, goat's milk can sometimes be used as an alternative".
It is our understanding and belief, from what we have read, that goat's milk is also the closest to human milk and when our children were being weaned at young ages we did use goat's milk instead of cow's milk. The babies were the only people in our family, at those times, which were able to drink goat's milk. So our children when they were infants were able to drink goat's milk and never had any digestive problems from it.
My personal experience since we've been drinking goat's milk exclusively in our family for about three months, is that we continue see a positive difference. I used to eat a bowl of cereal before I would go to bed at night using organic cow's milk as recommended by my wellness trainer at the YMCA. However, since making the change to goat's milk, I have noticed that when I wake up in the morning there is no phlegm in my throat and my congestion is much less than before when I was drinking organic cow's milk.
