Marbles is getting wild! Born to be Wild 3D is opening at the Wachovia IMAX Theatre, we are sprouting a new solar exhibit, Power Flower, and we are excited to "re-live our school days" with Family Field Day. Have some fun in and with the sun at Marbles this month! |

Marbles has sprouted a 22-foot tall giant flower that's powered by the sun! We call it the POWER FLOWER and you'll find it planted in Castaway Cove Kids Garden. Come experiment to see how solar energy makes the POWER FLOWER move and join in other activities to celebrate Earth Day, when everything at Marbles revolves around the sun.  Selections from Sideways Stories from Wayside School

Counting to 100 alphabetically! Talking pigtails! Teachers turning students into apples! The Pickle Jar Players will present theatrical reading selections from Raleigh Little Theatre's production of Sideways Stories from Wayside School, the best-selling series for the elementary kids. Raleigh Little Theatre will offer a full stage production of the play in May.
