Greetings! More babies arrived this month. Shelley is the latest child. She was in the hospital for one week, as the mother had UTI and they need to monitor her. She is coming home today! We have a new site that is easier to manage, it seems to work well with iPhoto. We will see how it goes, be sure to visit the new pages. Thanks for the support and prayers for us all here in Palawan! ![]() Keith, Narcy and Archie
We had a beach day for the toddlers. They really enjoyed the trip. They all love the water and like digging in the sand! An adoptive family joined us on the trip and saw a nice area of the island. They were here in Palawan bonding with their adoptive child. We require a three day minimum to aid in the transition to the new family. It went well for this family. We get updates on the child's progress.
If you would like to join us in what God is doing, we have a link for sending financial gifts. In the U.S. we have a foundation that can offer a tax deduction to help you better steward your finances. May God bless you bountifully in return! Thank you for helping Narcy and I reach the neediest of children and families here in this last frontier of the Philippines. Thank you!
The new playroom and nursery are finishing up. The walls need a little trim and a few small pictures from a good artisit. We have more room now but were filling up once again with children from tough situations. See the gang as they really are! Be sure to click the SLIDE SHOW button.
We presented our sustainable agriculture methods in Mindanao. This is a way for us to help poor families provide food for consumption and sale as well as train larger growers in producing organic food. We displayed our technology and books at each site. We may be doing some training and lectures on other islands. But it is always best to undergo the training right on the farm. We have weekly seminars at Aloha House.
Shelley arrived and needs prayer. She is one week old and recovering from complications. We are preparing to build our next project as soon as funds are available. We will be putting in some much needed school rooms, a dorm and some livestock barns. Pray for the funds to start this project, it will help us serve more of the community.
Palawan is the Last Frontier of the Philippines. It is less develpoed and exploited, but the children have their own story. See how the children in Palawan live. See how the families work to survive. See why some need an adoptive family. See why every child deserves a home and a life with his very own mommy and daddy!
We have sold 1000 copies of our book now! I was able to do a book signing in Manila at one of the malls. Harbest is a seed and garden store that has a small booth set up. The Philippine Edition is 250 pages with over 200 color photographs. The book is layed out to help farmers see clearly how we grow food inexpensively. I now have a color version available in the US from Lulu.com
