Don't Forget To Complete Your Customer Survey!
At Nex-Tech, our customers are our number one priority, and we want to hear from you! Your comments are important to us in that they assist us in gauging how we can improve our products and services.
We have changed the format of our Customer Survey this year so that we can obtain more comments from our customers, instead of a rating-type survey. Your comments are important to us in that they assist us in gauging how we can improve our products and services.
Surveys must be completed and returned by May 31, 2012. Either drop your completed survey by your nearest Nex-Tech store or send it back with your monthly payment. You also have the option to complete the survey online by visiting www.nex-tech.com/survey. Five respondents will be randomly selected to receive a $100 credit on their Nex-Tech bill!
