MPFC is looking for families to share their stories for SLDN 'Stories from Home' initiative. The purpose of the program is to spotlight the inequality and difficulties imposed by the Defense of Marriage Act and other federal laws preventing the same recognition and benefits offered to other military families.

MPFC and OutServe are teaming up to host a joint camping trip to coincide with Kings Dominion's Gay and Lesbian Night on September 8th from 8pm - 1am!
The annual Gay and Lesbian Night at Kings Dominion benefits Brother, Help Thyself, a community based organization that provides financial and other support to non-profit organizations serving the GLBTQ and HIV/AIDS community in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. metro area.
In addition to the rides and attractions at Kings Dominion, DJ Steve Henderson is back again this year with his famous dance party which starts at 11 p.m. on International Street. Tickets for Gay & Lesbian Night at Kings Dominion cost $34 in advance online and $36 at the gate. To purchase tickets online, do not purchase tickets directly from Kings Dominion's regular website.

As for accommodations, we have already reserved a group camping site at the campground that is next to the park (See site Here)
There will be a small fee of $7.15 per person to camp. Just bring you, your tent, sleeping bag,food and personal belongings.
