WIDE AWAKE!
I have been on the road since mid-July giving workshops, readings and attending a reunion, and I am very grateful to all who attended The Web of Creation Workshops, all the beautiful souls who sat for readings, and all the old friends who gathered to reconnect.
In my travels I was struck by how much struggle, strife and stress is in the air. We "spiritual beings having a human experience" are in the thick of transforming and shedding the old as we evolve into the new, and this process is maxing out our capacities to stay centered, loving and grounded in the truth of who we are. Our old, ego identities are hanging on for dear life, like a dying monster that is most destructive in its death throes. This causes much unnecessary suffering. Yet, we can assure our ego minds they are NOT dying, only releasing, relaxing and letting go of the need to be in control and that we only benefit and are rewarded when we allow the Higher Self to fully step in and assume its rightful place at the helm as co-creator with Source/Creator, living this life in joy, freedom, abundance and love.
On the road, I traveled a stretch to Asheville, NC, with my wise and beautiful niece, Cynthia, a true Goddess! We talked about the predictions of full disclosure of our Star Elders for August 4th, the looming arrests of the Illuminati bankers, and of a false flag event at the Olympics. We talked of these amazing times we chose to live through as "spiritual beings having a human experience", and how fortunate we feel to BE HERE NOW! She played her music CDs for me, all focused on the Awakening that we are currently going through. One song in particular struck me as a wonderful example of this Awakening, Katy Perry's "WIDE AWAKE". Cynthia explained this song is about Katy's awakening from the spell of the glamour of the music industry and her breaking free from their control. Katy reconnects with her Higher Self, through her Inner Child, and becomes liberated from the spell of 3D ego mind, the spell cultivated and perpetuated by the darker powers on Earth who keep us captive and suppressing our free will energy by keeping us asleep.
Let us free ourselves from this spell! We ARE the power that can free us!

DISSOLVING 3D DENSITY
As we consciously align ourselves with our highest good, we experience peak moments of crystal clear clarity, unconditional love for self/Self and others, and a grounded faith in our I AM Presence. Yet there is a certain challenge in this ongoing process which has to do with the 3D density that arises when we focus on Awakening. This density has built up in our personal energy fields over eons of time living in 3D reality, and the more the light of the I AM Presence shines through us, the more apparent the density/shadows appear.
What is this density? Fears, self-defeating beliefs and old, negative patterns of behavior carried by our soul fragments over time. It is the sediment of our psyches. When you find yourself thinking, "Wait....I thought I had released this issue already. Just yesterday I felt peace and expansiveness. What is happening?", this is a sign of another layer of the "old stuff" needing clearing. As we work to process and welcome home these fragments of self across time and space, they bring these patterns and fears with them. Therefore, it is vitally important that we CLEAR and dissolve their baggage as soon as we welcome them home.
We can see this density super highlighted on the planet right now. The famine in Somalia, the wars in the Middle East, the global economic crises, the extremely polarized politics in Washington, D.C., the environmental meltdown of the planet, and the list goes on and on. It is so overwhelming, many people feel powerless in the face of it all. Yet, we DO have the power to effect change and healing in the world, and it begins at home, within each of us! The most important contribution each of us can make is to HEAL OURSELVES........to AWAKEN! As we each consciously clear away our personal density and allow more Light to flow through us, there is more Light on the planet, and it grows and grows each day within each of us. Giving up through denial and diversion is not the answer........the answer is to WAKE UP!

QUANTUM HEALING FOR AUGUST
Again, as we work on heightening our awareness and improving our responses to life, in effect as we Awaken, this process shines a crystal clear Light on all that is still unhealed and fragmented, the sediment of our psyches. Feeling and seeing this "density" can feel discouraging and frustrating. And it can feel like we are back to square one, where we started.
So what do you do? How do you work with this? First, it is important to step back and acknowledge that this frustration is a reaction, a fear that's based in duality consciousness. When we start critically judging our process, this means we are analyzing from ego/3D/duality consciousness. Therefore, it's vital we adopt an attitude of allowance, of accepting the normality of the process being "two steps forward and one step back." Instead of this one step back being interpreted as failure and loss, we simply allow it to be what it is, once again trusting the process. We have faith that "this too shall pass."
Get PHYSICAL with it! Make sure you are moving your body every day, through walking, stretching, yoga, dance, swimming, etc. The Web of Creation is very useful in clearing and releasing density as it works to upgrade your energy field at the same time. Drumming, chanting and singing are also very grounding and integrating. Drink lots and lots of water, and make sure your diet is healthy with a high intake of foods that are of high vibration, i.e. organic fruits and veggies and grains, etc.
And as our Light grows and the shadows and density become more illuminated, here is a meditation to DISSOLVE and CLEAR them away:
MEDITATION FOR AUGUST
Focus on the breath.
Breathe in...............
Breathe out............
With each in breath,
focus on LOVE in the heart.
With each out breath,
focus on releasing, relaxing and letting go into the Living, Loving I AM Presence within.
This I AM Presence is your Divine Self
Who is connected to the Source of All.
Continue to keep your awareness in the Heart
here is the sanctuary of the I AM Presence.
Imagine and feel your Heart is a sponge, soaking up the highest Love vibrations in the universe!
Take a moment to acknowledge
you are grounded to the Earth.
Imagine a cord of energy extends down from the base of your spine into the core of the Earth beneath you.
You draw sustenance and support and Love
from the Earth.
Now be aware of the crown chakra, as it opens to the energies from the Divine.
Now shine the Light of the I AM onto whatever mental/emotional density needs clearing.
See the I AM like the Sun, radiating in your heart
and dissolving/melting away fears, anger, judgement, victim-like feelings, any and all self-defeating energies.
Feel the deep, unconditional love and acceptance
towards any density.
Feel this compassion as you first acknowledge the density, send I AM light to it, and then release/clear it away on the out breath.
Stay with this process for as long as needed......
keep breathing.....
keep feeling the radiant I AM Presence as it dissolves away the density. Let tears, laughter, sounds be expressed as needed. If heavy emotions arise, let them come and go on the out breath, affirming you are releasing and clearing, making room for the higher vibrations of Love.
Use drumming or chanting to deepen your release......
And when you are ready, bring your awareness gently back to the body.......wiggling toes and fingers......and knowing that when you open your eyes, yourSelf, One with All, is embodied in each cell and energy particle of your body/energy field! With gratitude and joy, open your eyes and behold the world as an en-Lightened Being, seeing through the eyes of the I AM Presence.

Astrological Column for August 2012

BLUE MOON
August donates not one but two full moons, hence, the "blue moon" as title. The first full moon falls on August 1. It is as if this full moon is designed to give us all Olympic fever. The signature energies of the chart this full moon falls in are freedom, confidence, enthusiasm and courage. We all feel emboldened. We feel this is the time to make our move, and indeed the energies support our going for the 'gold.'
Seven days later, Mercury goes direct at 1 Leo giving us a green light to move forward with trust that broken systems won't trip us up. Mercury stays in Leo for the whole month in support of inspired speech, a sense of glory coming from our verbal expression and potentially, an exaggerated sense of self importance in some cases. There is indeed a fine line between the sublime and the ridiculous.
The new moon on August 17 advocates cautious action (careful about stepping on toes here) with Mars conjunct Saturn in Libra, but a sextile to the new moon indicates diplomacy should work wonders in launching any kind of new beginning. The new moon is in late Leo so this is a more seasoned mature lion, not so full of itself yet aware of what any leader owes those whom they serve. With Neptune square the nodes, it is not always clear how to implement one's ideals in keeping with the flow of the times.
The last full moon on August 31 is more complicated than the earlier one. Confidence is harder come by. This time around, the best focus is compassion, humility, healing, and gratitude for what you do have and for what is currently working for you. A good motto for the next two weeks is, when in doubt, wait. The global stresses from Uranus square Pluto affect us all. This is the time to slip back into where the power is, in the current moment. Trust your heart, and lay low for a while. This is a great time to see what you can do to assist others even if you cannot move your own agenda forward in the way you would prefer. Cast your good on the waters.
