The illusion of separation dissolves whenever we connect to the web of life.
You are a unique expression
of the One Great Source.
You weave your life
like the spider
with your focused intent
living in joy, abundance, freedom and love.
Imagine you are standing
at the center of the web of life.
You call out to the four directions
and to Earth and the Cosmos,
visualizing all those energies
merging in your heart center.
All the fragments of self come home
as the sense of separation dissolves
into the tangible reality of Wholeness
as you proclaim:
I AM THAT I AM
You NOW know your Self to be
the powerful co-creator of your life,
manifesting all that is needed
because you are
connected to Source
in ONENESS.

Three years ago, I began a daily practice of consciously connecting to the web of life through a meditation I developed.
I call it the Web of Creation, because I see and feel the grid lines of energy,
like a spider web, radiating from my heart and connecting me to the universal web of life. No separation.
The practice is rooted in a Native American dance of the Four Directions, and over the years it has morphed into a combination of various systems of self healing and empowerment, all rolled into one powerful practice. It combines gentle movements, centering with sound (chant), visualization and setting intentions.
This spiritual practice unblocks one's resistance to life, a resistance which developed out of the belief in separation from the Source of All That Is. And from that faulty belief, we developed fragments of self. These fragments long to return home to Wholeness, and their longing is expressed through the difficult, negative emotions that surface in our daily lives, and expressed in the drama struggles we create to defend these ego fragments. The practice of the Web of Creation raises the vibrations of our energy fields, upgrading our energy to align with the larger web of life, connecting us to Source in order to be conscious co-creators in our individual and planetary ascension.
The Avatars of Ancient Wisdom and the Earth's native peoples have lived and taught this knowledge for aeons. Over the past few centuries this ancient knowledge has been banished and belittled into near oblivion by the powers that be whose belief in separation is so extremely
fearful, they are intensely driven by power, greed and the need to dominate. Near oblivion, but not complete,
thank goodness, and NOW this knowledge is returning and surfacing in humanity's consciousness on a mass scale. It is the time of Awakening. And it is each one's responsibility to foster individual and collective awakening.........nowAWAKEnow!

A SOLAR DOWNLOAD
MEDITATION
The Sun has been very active these past few months, and it affects all life on Earth and the entire solar system. It is helpful to develop a relationship with the Sun in which you feel connected to it as a source and creator of life, knowing that whatever changes it goes through in its power and intensity, so do you. "As above, so below."
The more you consciously connect to the Sun, the more connected you will feel to All. I recommend the following practice for aligning with the energies the Sun transmits, and the more often it is done, the more stable you become with the swift changes upon us.
Get outdoors in the early morning Sun.
Face the Sun, and acknowledge its divinity,
a source of spiritual essence and wisdom.
As the rays of light from the Sun penetrate your body, Acknowledge these rays carry important downloads from the Source that align you with your highest good.
Imagine and feel this light moving into and
through the crown of your head.
This light then moves throughout your energy field and
physical body, enlivening all the cells of your body/field
and centering in the heart.
This light from the Sun transmits
the template of your Divine/Higher Self.
Imagine and affirm the
light transmits
the coding of this template into each and every cell and energy particle of your body/field.
This transmission gently and effectively raises your vibration to the most appropriate level that your system can handle for that day.
Breathe it in......and breathe out the "waste"
of the old conditioning of the ego.
Offer gratitude to the Sun....
Feel this gratitude radiating back to the Sun
stretches, the Sun Salutation, the Web of Creation.
Confidently step into your Divine Self!
Go about you day feeling enlivened, empowered and energized!

It is based on a Native American dance of the Four Directions and has been modified to include sound (chanting), visualization and the setting of powerful intentions for healing. Rooted in the concept of the Medicine Wheel, one is empowered to BE the center of the wheel of one's life, to ground and stabilize in the NOW moment and weave or create one's desired experiences in the web of creation.
