Greetings!
This newsletter is written to serve as a source of support and validation for all souls who are journeying on the Path of Awakening. May you blossom and grow in this NOW moment!

Unity Consciousness
The Mayans have a wonderful saying, "In Lak'ech", which means
 | | I AM ANOTHER YOU |
"I am another you."
In essence, this is Unity Consciousness. It acknowledges that we are One in Spirit. As we awaken into this Oneness, we shift from Duality Consciousness to Unity Consciousness, from a lower pulsating frequency to a higher pulsating frequency of awareness, from the 3rd Dimension to the 5th Dimension.
Imagine and feel the enormity of this Shift, from believing yourself (ego identity) as separate from the world and others to knowing yourSelf (divine identity) as I AM ANOTHER YOU!
When viewed from a 3D, linear perspective, this Shift in consciousness has been happening for quite some time. Over the ages, the Earth has been blessed with Avatars and Ascended Masters who embodied Unity Consciousness and served to teach humanity by example. The Buddha taught that all suffering arises from ego identification, which creates a sense of separation that causes self to grasp at all things that validate the ego and resist all things that invalidate self. The Christ embodied LOVE and taught humanity to "Love thy enemy...", which is a true lesson in Oneness. These Masters were Wayshowers, embodying Unity Consciousness to show the rest of us what we have within us and what is emerging NOW, in this amazing time in our evolution.
Let us apply this principal to Unity Consciousness:
- the Whole (Oneness with All That Is) is made up of many parts - these parts are individual fragments of One
- these fragments become aware of each other and consciously, creatively work in unison
- the resulting Wholeness is now organized as One,
therefore, making it different and greater in its Being!
Not only does Unity Consciousness pertain to each Soul realizing Oneness with All That Is, but it includes, first and foremost, Oneness within the self/Self. All the parts of oneself that are fragmented throughout time and space, that split off for various reasons, can NOW become aware of each other and work together as a larger whole. This is called Self-Realization and is a natural step in our evolution into 5D. The next section offers you an exercise for this wondrous realization.

Quantum Healing for July
June's newsletter offered an exercise to upgrade the energy field. It is recommended that you continue to practice downloading from the Sun, as much as you can, because the energies need to be grounded through us. The earth's frequencies are increasing due to our galaxy's journey through a part of the Universe that vibrates at higher frequencies. And we have just come through a powerful triple eclipse period in the past 30 days. As a matter of fact, this month starts out with the third of these eclipses, a New Moon Partial Solar Eclipse, on July 1st. (See the link in the block to the left for more information). Much is afoot, and ALL is good.
This month's exercise is a meditation on welcoming all the fragments of self home to the Heart. This is important work, and as each fragment comes home, you are then able to clear and release any emotions that are blocking you from your highest good.
Meditation for July
 Focus on the breath.
Breathe in...............
Breathe out............
With each in breath,
focus on LOVE in the heart.
With each out breath,
focus on releasing fear and
worry and tension.....
Breathe PEACE into the heart......Letting Go on the out breath.......
Continue to keep your awareness in the Heart....here is the sanctuary within. Imagine and feel your Heart is a sponge, soaking up the highest Love vibrations in the universe! Using the graphic above, notice how ALL flows in and out of the heart. The energy grids connect you to the WHOLE, and the flow is focused through your Heart. Feel this connection with each breath.....in......out....in......out.
Take a moment to acknowledge you are grounded to the Earth.
Imagine a cord of energy extends down from the base of your spine into the core of the Earth beneath you. You draw sustenance and support and Love from the Earth.
Now be aware of the crown chakra, as it opens to the energies from the Divine.
The Earth energy, the Divine energy.....they meet in the sanctuary of your Heart. You are grounded to Earth and aligned with the Divine, and ALL energies balance in the in/out flow within the Heart. Feel the Love, Peace, Joy, Homecoming within! Release the hold of duality consciousness, and allow yourself to expand into the Oneness.
Breathing in......breathing out.......knowing yourSelf as ONE with All That Is.
Send a message to all the parts of self, even the parts that are still unconscious.....Say:
I send this Love to all parts of me, known and unknown, past and future, across time and space.
We are One...........We are One...........We are One
It is safe to come Home now......
All is Love....
Love embraces and heals all parts who feel alone, betrayed, victim-like, angry, unloved, jealous, mournful and afraid.....(if you wish, add more descriptive words that fit for you)..........
All is Love.....
We are One.........We are One...........We are One
Rest in this loving and peaceful space for as long as you wish.
Keep welcoming home, to the Heart, all the parts who arise
for healing. Welcome and Love them home. Let tears, laughter, sounds be expressed as needed. If heavy emotions arise, let them come and go on the out breath, affirming you are releasing and clearing, making room for the higher vibrations of Love.
When you are ready to move on, allow your focus to expand from self to SELF, shifting from "we are One" to I AM ONE...........
I AM ONE with ALL THAT IS......keep breathing this in and out.
Stay here NOW, in this moment being One, for as long as you wish.
And when you are ready, bring your awareness gently back to the body.......wiggling toes and fingers......and knowing that when you open your eyes, yourSelf, One with All, is embodied in each cell and energy particle of your body/energy field! And you are NOW in tune with Being One, being "I am another you" with all you see. With gratitude and joy, open your eyes and behold the world as SELF!
