The Occupational Health and Safety Act was amended in June, 2010 to include legislation that addresses Violence and Harassment in the workplace. This legislation is called Bill 168, also known as Violence and Harassment in the Workplace. Compliance with this provincial legislation was required as of June 15, 2010. There are specific obligations that clinics and practices must carry out in order to keep employees safe and meet the legislative requirements. This webinar will outline the obligations and requirements of practices and clinics that must be met in order to comply with Bill 168.
