OCA Recommended Fee Schedule Survey -

Although the OCA's 2012 Recommended Fee Schedule was just released, plans are already under way for the 2013 Fee Schedule. Over the next few months, the OCA Recommended Fee Schedule Task Force will be conducting a review of the annual schedule to enhance its overall value and content.

As part of the review process, the OCA would like to gather your feedback through this brief member survey. Information collected will be used to inform the review process and to assist in the development of recommendations that will help determine the future direction of the Fee Schedule.
