Summer is such a glorious time of relaxing, rejuvenating and spending time outdoors!

I am having a wonderful time this summer connecting with friends, refilling my energy tank, eating amazing food and enjoying my family. I continue with my practice of writing in my gratitude journal (most days!) and touching my gratitude stone each night before bed. While doing so, I am mentally choosing the thing I am most grateful for in my day.

I am so touched by this practice and what is has meant to me, and I am inspired to write more about it in this week's newsletter, with the hope of inspiring you to taste a bit of this magic!

 Keys to Abundant Living
 The Gratitude Habit!

Each morning I start my day by writing 10 things (each day a different 10) that I am grateful for. This is easy for the first few days as there are so many things to be grateful for, but what is interesting is what gets written after you've been cementing this habit for a couple of weeks. You start to notice (and make a habit of noticing) some of the smaller things that otherwise would have gone unnoticed.

 

I end each day by holding my gratitude stone and in my mind recount all the wonderful things that happened during the day with the goal of choosing my most favorite thing. 

 

This practice has been interesting from many perspectives and has triggered other changes in my life. One of the most important changes is...
