Did you set a New Year's resolution? Are you now facing that same dilemma that millions of others around the world deal with this time of year - not sticking to it?

 

Personally, I don't set resolutions on one particular day, but rather I am setting intentions all the time! Whenever I see opportunity for improvement, or something isn't going the way I'd like it to, I try to use that opportunity (OK , sometimes several times a day!) to get more clear about the way I want my life to unfold, and, in that moment I try to change "mental gears".

 

I try to focus more on the way I want things to be and less on the way they actually are. Resolutions are similar aren't they?

A Resolution (or Intention) can be an effective tool for raising your vibration. Once you're clear about what you want, writing a resolution helps you give attention to what you desire.
