Hello!
Ah - the joys of "re-entry"! Just getting back into the swing of things after a wonderful two week Christmas vacation. We always spend Christmas at our cottage about an hour and a half outside of Ottawa, and while getting all our food, and the tree, and presents, and ski equipment up there can be an ordeal, once we are there it is like a winter wonderland to me. We were able to celebrate my Mom's 79th birthday over the holidays, which had to be one of the highlights for me. As you may have noticed from the recent newsletters and posts on Facebook and Twitter, I've been hard at work lately getting everything ready to launch another Mindful Weight Control program. I'm so excited that the first one is now live, and can't wait to continue helping people on this incredible body/mindset journey. Are your New Year's weight loss resolutions already starting to fade?
