There is nothing more exciting than seeing someone start to understand how powerful the Law of Attraction can be!
When the realization sets in that they truly are the creators of their own life experiences, I see a whole new sense of freedom and enthusiasm in my clients. A common worry however, when my clients start to recognize the power of their own thoughts, is a bit of frustration over their negative thoughts, or even worry that they are somehow attracting this negative thought that they are focused on.
So, this week, I want to talk with you about how to overcome those negative thoughts and encourage you to give off more positive vibrations so that you get more of what you do want. I hope it helps you to add more positivity to your life!

The Law of Attraction is all about vibes. Vibes are simply vibrations. They are, at their core, moods and feelings. The vibes that you send (generated from your moods and feelings) are either negative vibes or positive vibes which the Law of Attraction is always responding to by matching and giving you more of the same. So, everything you're attracting is a result of the vibrations that you are sending. In short, what you're getting is what you're vibrating.
While almost everyone is aware of how they feel to some degree, remember the important information that your feelings are showing you! When you feel bad, you are in the process of attracting something that you don't really want to. This is true! Without exception, the reason for negative emotions or vibes is because you are focused on something that you do not want, or you are focusing on the absence of what you do want.
