Happy Monday!
We have just closed off the month of March, nutrition month, and April is finally bringing in signs of spring! And, with spring will come the lighter clothing such as shorts, tank tops, and soon, swimsuits! This is the time of year that we take off all the layers of winter clothes and then, we look at ourselves in the mirror.
Unfortunately, this is generally followed by negative thoughts related to the way we look, the way others perceive us and the way we feel. What many don't know however, is that by allowing these negative thoughts to manifest, we allow them control over our own bodies.
This week, I want to talk with you about the power of the Law of Attraction as it relates to weight loss. I hope that this article can help you to think about what vibration you may be offering towards your body and, how you might change it to improve your self confidence and health!

Do you know what you want?
Of course, most people are going to answer YES to that question. Most of us want the same things - health, happiness, love, wealth, etc. The REAL question is: Are you are a vibrational match to your desires?
There is a simple test that will give you the answer to this question.
If you are living your desires, then you are a vibrational match to them. Whatever your heart desires is created for you when you are offering the correct vibrations. Relationships, success, wealth, happiness, even your body.
What you may not realize is that the Law of Attraction doesn't need your permission to work in your life. It is a law, just like the law of gravity. You don't have to do anything to make it exist; it just is. But also like gravity, you have control over how the Law of Attraction works in your life. While gravity keeps you on the ground, you have the ability to lift your foot and walk. The same is true with the Law of Attraction.
