Greetings!
Here we are, in the hot, dog days of summer ... we need some coolness on the table. It is National Peach and National Goat Cheese Month, so let's see what kind of trouble we can get into! Do the recipes below look as luscious to you as the do to me?! I think I'll just eat for the rest of the month. Maybe I'll awake in September for some elk hunting and work some of the good stuff off. Speaking of elk hunting, and hunting in general, we'll be coming up with some recipes for those who have game meat and fish to prepare. It's that time of year again and we work hard for the meat in our freezers, so might as well do the best job possible to prepare it. And we'll make it as easy as we can, too.
