The simplicity of uses of Extravagonzo is gratifying.
Add a couple tablespoons (any infusion) to a medium-low temp pan, toss in some zucchini and onions/garlic, add some sea salt and fresh ground black pepper and you are off to a wonderful moment of z-bliss. Saute 'til soft but al dente.
Or, simply drizzle it over popcorn -- the lemon is especially good, but the garlic is beyond exceptional. |
