Greetings!

Summer is in full swing and when the heat begins to soar, I avoid cooking in the kitchen as much as possible. Here are some very simple ways to use Extravagonzo that should help you keep the burners down and the culinary grins shining.

Pick a good seeded watermelon -- the seeds are so good for you when chewed, very good for relieving bladder conditions.

 

WatermelonMom told me years ago that buying a half or quarter watermelon with a crack in the flesh will always give you a good one -- she was right! Hence the "thumping" technique which shows (through sound reverberation) which ones might be best.

Cut it into cubes and drizzle some Extravagonzo Blood Orange Oil over it, mix well, and it is over the rainbow delicious!

 Both the Blood Orange and Meyer Lemon Oils are exceptional drizzled on fruit salads -- they add a nice creamy, flavorful touch.

How many ears of corn on the cob have you chowed down this year so far?

 

Simple is good, so drizzle some Extravagonzo (any and all flavors work delightfully) on the ear when done, just as you would normally use butter, then sprinkle sea salt and/or crack some pepper -- and oh, gosh dang, flavorful explosion! Pretty darned tasty.
