Recipes
Asperagonzo
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Extravagonzo Culinary Oil (Roasted Garlic or Meyer Lemon are best)
1 to 2 lbs asparagus
Salt & pepper (sea salt and fresh ground peppercorns are best)
Directions:
Pour oil in frying pan
Toss in trimmed asparagus
Roll around until covered with oil (the asparagus, not you)
Sprinkle sea salt and pepper to taste
Saute on medium to high heat until just starting to soften
Serve directly to plate

Extravagonzo Blood Orange Vinaigrette
Mix together:
3 tablespoons orange juice (fresh is best)
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
Grated orange zest from orange
Small clove minced garlic
1/8 cup Extravagonzo Blood Orange Oil
1/8 cup Extravagonzo Roasted Garlic Oil
Or, use 1/4 cup of EITHER Oil
Salt & pepper to taste (sea salt and fresh ground peppercorns, mmmmm)
Drizzle over your favorite salad mix and enjoy. It's good for dipping your bread, too!
