Many of you are already on my email list (thank you!) and you know that I work with businesses to incorporate history -- their own and their community's -- into their marketing and PR to achieve the all-important business goals of customers, loyalty, and a high status reputation.

 

But here's the thing, and here's why I am writing to you.
