Coaching is NOT counseling in which we revisit your past. Rather, coaching inspires you to be forward thinking and proactive about engaging in an action plan.
Coaching is NOT for dummies. Successful Fortune 500 executives and multi-tasking housewives have coaches. We all have goals and need support and motivation to strategically accomplish them.
