I just finished reading, It's Not About the Coffee by Howard Behar, former President of Starbucks International. It's the story about the values and principles that guided H2O (Howard Schultz, Howard Behar and Orin Smith) to build an organization that is changing the world one cup of coffee at a time. If you are managing people, it's a must read. It's filled with simple, solid, basic truths and stories about leadership.
