July 2011
4th July
On behalf of the entire team at ENERGY worldnet, we wish you all a safe, happy and blessed Independence Day!

Quote: Geoff Isbell
"You have to love a nation that celebrates its independence every July 4th, not with a parade of guns, tanks, and soldiers who file by the White House in a show of strength and muscle, but with family picnics where kids throw Frisbees, the potato salad gets iffy, and the flies die from happiness.  You may think you have overeaten, but it is patriotism."
~ Erma Bombeck

Have fun and enjoy your freedom and the holiday weekend!

Sincerely,

Geoffrey Isbell

ENERGY worldnet would like to welcome and introduce Jeremy Green, our newest Regional Account Executive for the North East Region of the United States.

Jeremy grew up in the mountains of southeastern Kentucky, where almost all of his family was employed in either the education field or the coal industry (energy). As fate would have it, he is now working in both... energy education. Jeremy has stated since his father was involved in several coal mining accidents and his uncle died in one as well, "helping to ensure the safety of those who work in the energy industry as well as those who live in the surrounding neighborhood is something close to my heart."

Jeremy served in the Marine Corps from 1995 to 2001 and will be finishing up his MBA in Accounting and Project Management by the end of this year. He has 3 children, Ana, Abigail and Andrew. Jeremy enjoys working out, playing basketball and spending time with his kids.

EWN visits Atmos Energy's Charles K. Vaughan Center

EWN Team
EWN at Atmos' Charles K Vaughan Center

Members of the ENERGY worldnet team recently toured Atmos Energy's new training and customer service center in Plano, Texas.  The 48,600 square foot facility houses the dispatch and customer service operations for the North Dallas area and a state of the art training center.  The center offers both classroom training and hands-on technical training using mock-ups of home, apartment and commercial buildings at an outdoor training area known as Gas City.

The center is named in honor of Atmos Energy's founding chairman, Charles K. Vaughan, who led the company from 1983 to 1997. Vaughan continues to serve on the company's board of directors as lead director and as chairman of the board's executive committee.

Adding Third Party Evaluators

If you have employees evaluated by qualified evaluators that are not listed as users in your account (such as training personnel at a hands-on training center or industry event), you can still associate those personnel as the actual evaluator for Performance Evaluations by adding the person as a third party evaluator by following these steps:
  1. Login and click on the Admin tab (located in the top right hand corner).
  2. Scroll down and click on Print/Submit Evaluations.
  3. Next click on Third Party Evaluator
  4. To the right corner of the fuchsia bar, click on Add 3rd Party Evaluator.
  5. The Submit General Information for a Third Party Evaluator will appear.
  6. In this section the First and Last Name are required in order to add this individual as a Third Party Evaluator. All other fields are optional. See Image Below.
