Season's Greetings to All!  This can certainly be a crazy time of the year - so much to do in wrapping up the year and preparing for the new year ahead.  Some of you may be preparing for babies first Christmas,  being grandparents for the first time, having kids home from school, family time, quiet time, social time, a break from work time and planning for what you want for yourself, your family and the world in 2012. 

We are excited to be heading into our 3^rd year at Source Point Training.  While Source Point Training is young, the programs we offer and the knowledge and resources we share have been around for a long time.  We continue to evolve and look to see better ways to serve you  in learning and growing as a community together.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work with so many wonderful professionals, organizations and individuals who embrace change and personal growth.  Our coaching team continues to expand and assist us in offering even more services to develop powerful leaders, coaches and facilitators of change.

This year we worked with organizations to bring leadership coaching in house to their employees, developed a family coaching program to strengthen family dynamics, opened satellite training locations to reduce travel costs and increase availability to more people, partnered with individuals who have a vision for creating Hispanic Leadership trainings and Lou worked internationally in both China and Mexico as we mentored new coaches to expand their vision to become successful. 

While this has been a challenging year for many, we've had the honor of being with people who see the value in living authentically, embracing accountability, caring for one another and being in service throughout the world.  People are realizing more each day how as a group of human beings we are all interconnected.  As a result, we begin to see ourselves and others interacting in new ways to better understand, use resources and acknowledge the diversity to create new possibilities. That is why we are here as a resource for all of you.  We promise to continue to provide you with the most effective ways to take on change and find the excitement in it, while making your unique contribution. 

It is truly exciting to be becoming known as the best "boutique" training company where each person we coach and teach knows that we have a powerful commitment to them and to their purpose.  We are grateful for all of you who have participated with us over the past 2 years.  Many of you we have known for let's just say a long time and for some, we've loved having you become part of our family over the first 2 years of Source Point Training.  We look forward to continuing our relationship with each of you and supporting you in your purpose and vision in 2012.  We are here as a resource for you and look forward to hearing from you in 2012!
